1. Overview
Big Sister Letters provides monthly subscription letters and related companion content for guardians and girls in selected age ranges. These terms govern your use of our website, purchases, and subscription services.
2. Eligibility
Subscriptions must be purchased by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult age 18 or older. Accounts should be created by the adult responsible for managing the subscription.
3. Subscription Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you will be charged at checkout. Active subscriptions renew automatically on the first of each month unless canceled or paused before the next renewal date.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Welcome letters are generally sent within about 3 business days of sign-up. Monthly letters are mailed during the first week of each month. Delivery timing may vary based on postal service conditions and destination.
5. Monthly Cycle Timing
There is a 10-day cutoff before the first of the month for inclusion in the upcoming monthly letter cycle. If you subscribe before the cutoff, the recipient will receive the welcome letter promptly and be included in the next monthly cycle. If you subscribe within 10 days of the next cycle, the welcome letter will still be sent promptly, but the first regular monthly letter will begin in the following cycle.
6. Subscription Management
You may cancel, pause, or renew your subscription through your guardian portal or by contacting us, subject to any processing timelines needed before the next mailing cycle.
7. Multiple Recipients
Each subscription is for one recipient only. If you are purchasing for multiple girls, a separate checkout, payment, and subscription setup is required for each one.
8. Gifting
Subscriptions may be purchased as gifts. When gifting, you are responsible for entering accurate recipient and guardian information so the subscription can be delivered and the guardian communications reach the correct adult.

Big Sister Letters is intended to offer educational, encouraging, and age-appropriate guidance. It is not medical, mental health, or legal advice and should not replace professional care or professional guidance where needed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in Big Sister Letters materials, including text, designs, branding, graphics, and subscription materials, is owned by or licensed to Big Sister Letters and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Sister Letters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or subscription service.
12. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
